       – We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date.

       – To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and labels attached.

    2. Initiating a Return or Exchange:

       –  Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for return.

    3. Packaging:

       – Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging.

    4. Refunds:

       – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received, inspected, and deemed eligible for a refund.

       – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

       – Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    5. Exchanges:

       – If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the new item you would like in your return request.

       – Exchanges are subject to product availability.

    6. Damaged or Defective Items:

       – In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product. Include photos of the damage for our records.
